THERMOSYSTEM CLASSIC


ISOMAT THERMOSYSTEM CLASSIC is a bonding system of multiple layers, consisting of:

  • Thermal insulation boards of expanded polystyrene (EPS).
  • Supplementary components (aluminium holding rail with embedded water drip, fiberglass mesh, corner profile with mesh etc.).
  • Special fiber-reinforced mortar used as an adhesive for both bonding the thermal insulation boards and creating the base coat before rendering.
  • Acrylic, water-repellent, pasty renders.

ISOMAT THERMOSYSTEM CLASSIC is the most cost-effective thermal insulation solution proposed by ISOMAT. Being vapor-permeable, allows construction breathability. Constitutes an excellent solution for renovating old constructions, thanks to MARMOCRYL colored, high-quality pasty renders of ISOMAT, which are available in a wide range of colors through the ISOMAT COLOR SYSTEM color chart.

  1. Bonding of thermal insulation boards with ISOMAT AK-T35
  2. Thermal insulation boards of expanded polystyrene (EPS) mechanically fixed with ISOMAT collar head anchors
  3. Reinforced layer (base coat) of ISOMAT AK-T35 with THERMOSYSTEM FG fiberglass mesh (145 g/m²)
  4. Priming with ML-PRIMER or FLEX-PRIMER and rendering with MARMOCRYL

Fiber-reinforced, cement-based adhesive and base coat for thermal insulation boards.

  • Adhesive: approx. 3.0-4.0 kg/m²
  • Base coat: approx. 1.5 kg/m2/mm

Acrylic, white or colored, pasty render. Used for the creation of colored, water-repellent surfaces with smooth or rough-textured finish.

Acrylic, pasty coating with colored aggregates. Used for the creation of decorative, water-repellent surfaces with granite-like finish.

High-quality, white or colored, aggregate-filled primer for the adhesion of renders.

Thermal insulation boards of expanded polystyrene. Available in several thicknesses.

Fiberglass mesh of 145 g/m², used for reinforcing the base coat on the thermal insulation boards.
